It is time to think about hibernating!
The sun is still shining but the mornings are starting to feel autumnal, and before you know it the clocks will be going back and the nights will be drawing in. Don’t get depressed but instead embrace the season and all it has to offer and enjoy nature’s last spectacle of colour and those crisp sunny autumn days.
As we start to spend more time indoors, now is the time to concentrate on making your house as homely and snug as possible to make it somewhere enjoyable to retreat to. Sort out that draughty window or creaky door. Tidy up the clutter, find a place to store it all and make your house work for you. Concentrate on your dining area as winter meals around a table with friends and family are surely one of the benefits of the season. Update the look of your kitchen or wardrobes with new doors or perhaps even new cabinets. Co-ordinate your cushions, curtains and rugs to help achieve the cosy factor.
Happy hibernating, and of course if you need any help with the above we are here to lend a hand!« Back to all news
